After reading Celgene's complaint against Barr, I have to wonder if Celgene's lawyers ever read the set of patents. The complaint states that manufacture and importation of thalidomide infringe one or more claims of the patents - when in reality the claims of the patents are all directed to a method of restricted distribution.
